1. Can you please review my account?
I would love to, but there is just not enough time in the day for me to personally review everyone's account. The best option is for you to join the Instagram Marketing Mastermind on Facebook, and share your account with the group. I will see it there and will chime in if I have the time. Additionally, the other 35,000 supportive and knowledgeable members in the group will chime in and let you know what they think as well! This group is a very valuable resource you should definitely take advantage of.
2. I signed up for one of your free courses / downloads and didn't receive it. What can I do?
Sometimes my emails end up in places I never intended so be sure to first check all of your folders (spam, promotional, updates, etc). If it did end up there, mark it as "not spam" or "safe" and that way all future emails from me will end up in your inbox! If you still can't find it, use the contact form below to send me an email. Let me know exactly what you signed up for and the email you used to do so (this way I can easily check what happened in my system).
3. I signed up for a course but did not receive my login details. What do I do?
Thank you for your purchase! Please wait at least 15 minutes after completing your payment to receive your login details. At that time, please check all possible folders including spam, promotions and updates. If you still do not see it, please contact me using the form below - be sure to tell me the name and email you used to sign up for the courses and I will get your login details to you as soon as possible.
4. Do you offer one-on-one services or account management?
At this time I am NOT offering one-on-one or management services. I truly appreciate your interest in working with me and greatly apologize for the inconvenience. As an alternative I encourage you to check out my available courses. These courses will teach you how to properly manage your account yourself, so you can be hands on in your business, and save some cash!
